Our Ceylon Cinnamon Quills are rich in natural goodness, with a warm, comforting, woody and lightly sweet flavour and fragrance which blends elegantly with fruity, spicy, sweet or savoury food and drink. Plant-based, vegan, and sustainably sourced, peeled and handmade by small Sri Lankan communities living in cinnamon forests.

We grow, peel and sustainably hand-produce our Cinnamon in the same way as our ancestors, to protect the fragrant allure and richness of the spice. Cinnamon has been prized for its aroma, flavour and medicinal value for over 2,500 years. Our Cinnamon is grown in the beautiful island of Sri Lanka, the source of ‘true cinnamon’. Ancient Roman, Arab and Portuguese traders have travelled to Ceylon for millennia in search of genuine Cinnamomum zeylanicum – which is grown in our wild gardens. Ceylon Cinnamon is a Sri Lankan superfood that is rich in antioxidants and has numerous health benefits, including lowering the risk of cancer and heart disease.

50g Ethically Sourced, Premium Ceylon Cinnamon Quills, sterilised using the most advanced low temperature sterilisation method for optimum flavour and hygiene.

Brew natural infusion for 3 - 5 minutes in 220ml freshly boiled spring water. Best enjoyed without milk.
