Our Food



There are two things all local cuisines have in common – it’s delicious and it’s spiced. From street food vendors selling fresh ‘isso vadey’ and ‘egg hoppers’ with a spicy coconut or onion ‘sambol’, to the perfect rice and curry spread only your Sri Lankan friend’s grandma makes best. Our food tastes this good because we use everything from Sri Lankan cardamom, coriander and ginger… to Ceylon cinnamon, curry leaves and pepper!
